Refund policy

Returns
If you change your mind, we are happy to offer a refund for products returned within 14 days of receipt

To be eligible for a return, your item must be sealed, unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please note a restocking fee of $10 is applicable for change of mind returns.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If the return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 2 business weeks.

You will be responsible for the cost of returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable - if you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges
We are unable to offer exchanges at this time.

Customised items
Customised products (eg shortening or lengthening of chains, embossing etc) are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, please choose carefully as sale items cannot be refunded.

Faulty goods
We have the highest expectations for our products. If they are defective or damaged, please send us an email at hello@luxegarde.com and we will resolve the issue for you as soon as possible.
